Ya soy mayor (I’m Old Enough)

Little Elephant is already grown-up and has an important mission: to go alone to buy the last few things they need for the Centennial Turtle Party. What could go wrong? Unsure of how his problems start, he messes up the quantities, eats all the chocolate, gets distracted with a meerkat that is lost… and his mission turns into a complete mess! A story about autonomy, how to face your first assignments, failure and its consequences. Topics: failure, adventures, humanity, tenderness, love, courage. A book filled with positive values and an endearing character reminiscent of the mythical Babar. The author, Susanna Isern has received the Moonbeam Children’s Book Award for best illustrated album on several occasions, and is one of the most valued picture book authors in the Spanish market.
